There’s a new product called Stem Cell Enhancer you should know about. Stem Cell Nutrition is a natural extract that helps the body maintain healthy stem cells. It is the very first product on the market from the latest phytoceutical product category called “stem cell enhancers”.

Why do you need Stem Cell Nutrition? – As you age, the number and quality of stem cells that circulate in your body gradually decrease, leaving your body more susceptible to injury and other age-related health challenges. Stem cell enhancers are important for keeping your organs and tissue functioning correctly in your body. This is similar to how antioxidants protect your cells from damage caused by “free radicals”.

Due to the growing popularity of turkey hunting and ever-increasing numbers of turkey hunters, there is a huge variety of hunting equipment available these days. In the past, Turkey hunting was a much simpler activity. The hunter, dressed in his usual clothes and hat, places his favorite slate call, box call, wing bone or scratch box into his jacket en route out of the house. He collects his double-barreled shotgun and a few shells in his pocket before walking out the door.

This is him, the turkey hunter – all prepared to fight with a wary old tom. But what other gear will he have with him? When it comes to hunting equipment having lots of choices and options is a very good thing.

Today’s current turkey hunter has more choices than he ever had. But at times, it becomes overpowering to a beginner. Prior to going to hunting, you have to determine first what you are going to use to cart all of your equipment. This will also help influence the type and amount of gear you take with you into the woods. The three basic choices for packing turkey hunting gear are turkey Vest, Back pack, and fanny pack.

These vests come in many different ways including the full vest or jacket style. Some prefer vests since there are many separate pockets and the game bag on the back that lets you carry decoys well plus the turkey if you get one. A vest is also another outstanding to organize your basic turkey gear with one hunting garment.

Backpacks allow you to carry much more gear than the vests. They also can be removed and even used as backrest if necessary. The least expensive option are the fanny packs. They are popular to many hunters since you can carry some gear but you are not weighed down as much as with a backpack or vest. They also provide quick access to everything inside.

Many hunters will carry along a laser range finder and this is perfect, especially for those hunting with a bow. Your laser range finder will provide comfort and knowledge on how far your potential shot may be for that big old Tom.

Do you need to carry that lots of calls with you? No, but if you would like to, there are now vests available that allow you to carry them and much more.

Here are some basic needs and optional gears you might consider: Basic needs include shot gun, shotgun shells, full camo outfit including cap, favorite calls. Turkey tag pencil or pen to sign tag. Gloves, head net or face mask. Bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks. Water and drinks, compass, toilet paper and knife are some of the few things that are usually brought.

Elective gears include decoys, turkey tote, extra set of gloves and facemask, extra strikers for slate calls, and other local calls like owl, gobble tube, hawk, goose, coyote, peacock and woodpecker. Leather type multi-purpose tools, flashlight, matches, cell phone, walkie talkie, 2-way radio, GPS, topo map and aerial photos for hunting area. Rain gear, binoculars, camera, camcorder, tripod, laser range finder, ratcheting pruners, folding saw, ground blind or square piece of camo cloth, Snacks/food, moistened hand wipes, seat or pad and snake bite kit.

Having all these gears will for certain not vouch that you would become the best turkey hunter in the world, but they can help advance your chances of having a turkey dinner when you go home for the day. Revel in your Turkey Hunting outdoor experience.

  • The Martial Arts Take To Darned Long to Learn!

The mugger charges out of the alley and throws a whole, darned garbage can at you! Do you ask him to wait because you’re only on your tenth Karate lesson and haven’t reached the beating up the mugger section? Or do you ask him to hold off because, here it comes, you forgot to renew your contract after the fourth year at the local dojo?

There is a point to all this silliness, why do the martial arts take so long to learn? You can teach a guy to fly a jet, get in a dogfight and get shot down, spend time in a concentration camp, get released and run for political office, and become a senator, and retire, in the time it takes to learn some systems of the martial arts. I heard of one system that it takes seventeen years to get to Black Belt in!

Some people will make the excuse that you’re learning more than self defense. You’re solving martial mysteries and its all about the lifestyle and you need to invest in your old age, you know? But you’re still lying under that trash can and the guy is pulling out a knife, and no matter how many lessons you’ve taken, you have to do something!

Garbage in, garbage out, is the old saying. And it is true that if something is hard to put into your head, then it may not be so easy to get out. Maybe it is time to look for an art that is as fast to learn as running, or boxing, or some other easily understood sport.

Yes, I know Karate is not a sport, it is an art, but it can still be learned quickly and easily. It just has to be taught by concept, and not by one mystical technique after another. Techniques that are random data, to be truthful, don’t really relate to one another.

That is one of the major problems, you know, you learn a thousand techniques, and until you reach number one thousand and one, you don’t have enough data to be able to make sense out of the whole thing. And then, after a hundred years, you finally become competent. And die.

The solution, as I started to say earlier, is that the martial arts must be taught by concept. Instead of having a fellow memorize hundreds of techniques and katas, have him learn the concept which is directly beneath all those katas and techniques. Have him learn the concept, and, suddenly, you’re going to find that he can figure out those thousand techniques without any need for endless memorization.

That’s the key, you know, give him an acorn and water him, and watch the tree sprout. Unfortunately, most martial artists, not to be disrespectful, are lost in the branches. But that’s the real way to teach, give the guy a concept, plug him into a few situations which demand he create solutions pretty darned quick, and, zingo bingo, you’ve got yourself an instant martial artist.

  • How To Choose The Best Golf Clubs - Tips To Choosing The Right Golf Club To Improve Your Swing

    Paul Mahon 12:06 am on June 24, 2009 | 0 Permalink | Reply
Tags: activities, best golf clubs, buy golf clubs, , golf clubs, golf clubs for kids, , hybrid golf clubs,

Playing golf can be extremely difficult to learn but can be incredibly fun once you learn to improve your game. A problem that many beginners and pros struggle with is choosing the best golf clubs for them.

Considering the literally hundreds of different clubs available ranging from different brand names, it’s no surprise either. Fortunately, once you know what qualities to look for the process becomes much simpler and your game will be greatly improved by choosing the best golf clubs.

With that said, golf clubs are not universal and with unique individuals, not every club will be the perfect fit. Before getting started, a golf bag is essential for carrying all your clubs as is golf shoes to better stabilize your body when swinging.

Be sure to consider the type of golf club you will need on the course. Of course, the clubs you get ultimately depends on your skill level and how seriously you play.

The type of club you get is important because each serves a different purpose in that you wouldn’t want to use a driver when the ball is in the sandpit. In learning to further improve your game, it is essential that you have a good understanding of how each golf club works depending on the situation.

The material of the club should also be considered as those with graphite shafts tend to result in better long distance shots. The flex or bend of the shaft also matters a great deal as different kinds result in different ball control and stability.

When finding the best golf clubs, the best approach is to simply try out as many as you can at a local golfing store. Try to aim for the golf club that you are most comfortable with and always deal with a reputable seller.

Be sure to deal with a seller that is reputable and that has a track record of proven success. If you are going to purchase used, make sure that the condition of the club is still decent and not bent or dented.

  • Building A Bankroll - Tips For Playing Smart Poker

    Eric Lass 12:04 am on June 14, 2009 | 0 Permalink | Reply
Tags: bankroll management, bankroll management strategies, building a bankroll, , , , , poker bankroll management,

Bankroll management strategies and building a bankroll are really important to all poker players. It is crucial to begin at the correct level buy-in according to the size of your bankroll for the session. You will raise your chances of winning money and reduce your frustration level. This is particularly important if you play the most popular sit n go tournaments.

Millions of players are online every day playing poker, and in my opinion, 99% of them are playing beyond their bankrolls because they don’t have a bankroll management strategy. The rule of thumb for deciding your buy-in level should be 5% of your total bankroll for that session. Simply put, this means that if your bankroll is only $20, then you should play in the low-stakes tournaments and buy in at no more than $1.

This gives you plenty of wiggle room if you have a losing streak. No one wins consistently all of the time. You WILL have losing streaks. If you have bought in at $5, you’re broke after 4 losses. At $1 you will still have 16 chances to win. That’s 16 more opportunities to practice your strategy and 16 more opportunities to win a few bucks back.

If at this point you are thinking that is stupid and a waste of your time, that’s great, the rest of us will keep taking your money at the tables. What most amateurs don’t realize is that most professionals avid by a similar strategy.

Why would they want to risk everything on one session or tournament. That would be just plain stupid. You should always diversify as they say in the investment world, but it plays in poker also.

In order to survive the long droughts of not winning use this as a rule of thumb: Don’t use more than 5 percent of your bankroll for any one buy-in.

  • What You Need To Know About Recurve Bows

    John Smith 12:02 am on June 12, 2009 | 0 Permalink | Reply
Tags: Archery, bows, , , hunting bows, Left hand bows, recurve bows, ,

The recurve bow has been identified to exist in the early 2000 BC. It has been used around the globe, particularly in Egypt, Greece and in Asia for protection and as a weapon of war. Though, over the years, the recurve bow has been further developed to be able to achieve its optimum potential.

The modern recurve bow is often found to be used around Asia and Europe in sporting competitions. This bow can be made from a variety of materials; some will prefer to have the limbs of a recurve bow made from layers of wood, carbon, carbon foam or fiberglass. The main mount or the riser is known to be made from magnesium or aluminum alloys, carbon or wood while some from carbon fiber or aluminum with carbon fiber materials; although wood or plastic risers are common among novice archers.

The modern recurve bow is known to allow a shorter bow, which produces minimal noise thus making it ideal for hunting in stealth in brushes and forest terrains. This bow is known to be able to have a big threshold for the strains on the limbs to be able to produce arrows with great casts.

It also has limbs which are known to be sturdy and can create more noise when it is shot. The recurved limbs are known to provide the bow greater ability to store energy and then transfer them to the arrow thus resulting in a more forceful arrow shot. A tactical feature of the recurve bow is that when it is unstrung, its tips are curved away from the archer; thus creating a rather confusing shape which will destroy itself when it is strung inversely.

These recurve bows are the only bow classification allowed in all the archery categories in the Olympics. The other is the take down bow, which is better known to be the modern recurve bow as it can be disassembled to provide the archer better efficiency in transport and storage as the riser can be separated from both limbs.

Though this kind of recurve bow poses a hunting disadvantage as the pockets in the limbs necessary for it to be taken apart creates a loud noise when being drawn, thus resulting in a give away of ones position and move. The recurve bow is the only known bow classification which is allowed in all the Olympic archery categories.

  • An Overview of Taxidermy For Hunters

    Jeff Henderson 12:44 am on May 30, 2009 | 0 Permalink | Reply
    Tags: , deer taxidermy, , , , how does taxidermy work, , , , , , taxidermy, what is taxidermy

Taxidermy is a highly augmented practice, particularly when the deceased animal is used as a wall mount, and it appears to be in rejected in todays culture. Still, most taxidermy business is made by common hunters, even though many taxidermists arrange animals for zoological, restaurants, and museums displays. In order to be a taxidermist, you have to get an education in the fields of painting and sculpture, anatomy and dissection, , and tanning.

Since the process of taxidermy depends on having a hard structure with which to work, the practice is usually restricted to animals with backbones.

Since the turn of the century, taxidermy has developed as a art form and science. Because the goal is to conserve the life likeness of an animal, taxidermists constantly seeking to advance their proficiency and practices, and hi-tech advances have added greatly to the line of work. If you are a sportsman and want to have your prize mounted, you need to know how to arrange your animal properly to make sure your taxidermist can accomplish the most life like dealing possible.

A frequent technique taxidermists use is freezing the animal. Using a huge freezer, like to that used by meat store, they chill the animal remains completely. Once a solid freeze is acomplished, the skin is taken off and set aside to be tanned later on. The animal’s bone, muscle, and tissue are then sealed with plaster of Paris, creating a cast of the animal from which a form carving is made. The skin is tanned and then placed back on, and other elements like eye made from glass and fake teeth are added to create a life like Look.

A form of taxidermy that was famous in the Victorian times of the ninetieth Century is called anthromorphic. This form, mounted the animals in human clothes and doing human activities.

Hunters take their dead animals to taxidermists in order to conserve that moment of splendor when they killed the animal. One thing that is true about most game hunters, they use the meat for food and save the fur and skin for mounts. Another popular approach is to have a part of the body, like the head, mounted for display.

The conventional idea of the “Hunter” made popular by Hollywood makes this profession look barbaric and scary, but you must realize that taxidermists are professional, and what they do is a art form and a science.

  • Cure Your Slice With A Golf Simulator

    rickh 8:07 pm on November 5, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply
Tags: golf analyzer, golf equipment, golf instruction, golf simulator, home golf trainer

One of the most frustating problems most golfers face is the tendency to “slice” the ball. Usually the slice develops after the beginning golfer has started to hit the ball reasonably well and a fairly good distance. That’s when the dreaded slice rears its ugly head.

A “slice” is the term use to describe what happens when a right handed golfer hits the ball so it has a very unimpressive curve to the right. As any modestly experienced golfer will tell you, the slice is the result of “coming across” the ball with an “outside in” swing. As the club sweeps across the ball, the club strikes the ball in a slightly “open” position (facing slightly to the right). This action puts sidespin on the ball and as it moves through the air it curves to the right. The reverse happens with a left-handed golfer.

One of the most effective ways to cure a slice is to carefully analyze how you are actually swinging the club. It often doesn’t look the way you think it does. Using a golf simulator to analyze your swing will show you specific data such as club head speed, angle of approach, angle of the club face at impact. All of these things are important when trying to eliminate your slice.
