  • Tips for Finding the Best Calling Card for You

The calling card market can be confusing because calling card carriers have been creative in devising hidden fees and other tricks so they can advertise extremely low per minute rates and still make money. We have tried to list, define and explain the technical terms here so a calling card shopper can at least make an informed purchase and have a basic understanding of the market.

First, we would suggest purchasing calling cards from websites where all of the fees are fully disclosed in an easy to read format and where calling cards are rated by users. These sites do exist because there are still honest calling card vendors, carriers and marketers (web sites like Smart Global Call) display customer ratings for all of the cards they sell).

    • Check the rate (usually cents/min) to the destination you want to call. Remember that the rates listed or advertised are normally to house phones (land lines). Calls made to cell phones often have higher rates. Also, the advertised rates do not include calling card fees or taxes that can significantly increase the cost of a call.
    • Look for added fees, taxes and hidden costs. These should be listed in an easy to read format but can also be buried in the fine print. Remember you will likely pay more than the advertised rate when using a calling card so the trick is to minimize the added fees. Added fees will be called things like connection fee, disconnection fee, taxes, maintenance fee, pay phone fee and long call fee. These fees will vary between calling cards. Some calling cards will have all or most of these added fees and others will not have any of them.
    • Calling cards will also have different rounding or billing increments. These are often in 1, 3 or 6 minute increments. The billing increment can have a significant impact on the calling cost depending on how the calling card is used. A calling card with a one minute billing increment will charge a customer 4 minutes for a 3.5 minute call while a calling card with a 3 minute billing increment will charge a customer 6 minutes for the same call. The cost of a call is rounded up to the next billing increment so; in general, a lower billing increment is better.
    • Calling card fees are typically minimized if calling cards are purchased in smaller denominations and used for one call or over a short period of time. In general, calling card fees do not start until the calling card is used the first time. Many companies offer calling cards in denominations of $5, 10, 20, 50 and 100. We recommend trying a small denomination card ($5 to $10) before making a large purchase. Also, it is generally better to buy several small denomination cards than to purchase one with a big denomination.
    • Calling card call quality depends on the international carrier used and is not always equal between vendors to a given location. There are many international telecom carriers and call quality will vary between carriers. There are generally three levels of call quality (referred to as Tier 1, 2 and 3) with regard to telecom carriers. Tier 1 carriers offer the best quality but they also charge the highest rates. Therefore, in general, calling cards with the lowest advertised rates also tend to have the lowest call quality because they use lower Tier carriers.
    • Check for local access number availability. Many cheap calling cards have low per minute rates but have few local access numbers and charge 1 or 2 cents per minute for using a toll free access number.
    • All calling cards carry an FCC imposed fee for using a pay phone. However, the rate will vary between calling cards (it ranges from around $0.49 to $1) so check this rate if you plan to use a pay phone.
    • Calling cards typically have an expiration date so be sure and use the card before it expires.
    • Purchase calling cards from vendors that have 24/7 customer service. If nothing else you may have a question.

So, how to use this information? There are a few things to consider. First, try to compare calling cards on the same basis. When calling card rates are adjusted for the above mentioned fees, taxes and billing tricks, many calling cards with very cheap advertised rates actually cost as much or more to use than a moderately priced card with higher call quality. Remember, a calling card that cannot be used or has extremely poor quality is really worthless to the user. Any money spent on a purchase is lost.

Consumers have become wise to many of the hidden fees and tricks discussed above and, as a result, there are several newer calling cards on the market that have high call quality at reasonable rates. They also tend to have minimal added fees so the advertised rate per minute is closer to the actual rate charged when the card is used. Many of these are hybrid calling cards that are really a virtual calling plan with features like PIN-less dialing, online call history, speed dial and a large network of local access numbers. They are also re-chargeable for customer convenience but also because calling card vendors are trying to build brand loyalty. By offering low cost, quality and convenience they hope to retain customers. It seems that some calling card carriers have rightly concluded that it is better to make a little money off a large number of satisfied users over the long haul than to make some quick money ripping off a few customers one time. Alas, the free market even works with respect to calling cards

  • Upholstery Cleaning NYC and Carpet Cleaning NYC

    powerpronyc 10:18 am on November 26, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Hi, my name is Rch Moore and I am a professional carpet cleaner in NYC and also a upholstery cleaning NYC. Residential cleaning is different from Commercial carpet cleaning in NYC . One thing to consider when choosing a carpet cleaning company is to choose a Green Carpet Cleaner.
    Cleaning Green-Carpet and Upholstery

An effective carpet cleaning will usually involve different types of
cleaning agents. Without the cleaning agents, dirt, dust, stains and
any other undesirable materials found in your carpet can’t be easily
removed. Using water and regular soap will never do and could just
    damage your carpet.

But there are cleaning agents that are not safe. Most cleaning agents
are made of chemicals wherein it could be dangerous when they are
integrated in air. Steam cleaning your carpet with the use of different
chemicals could be dangerous to your home as the chemicals will be
airborne. Other techniques in carpet cleaning will also require
chemicals in their cleaning agent. The reason for danger in chemicals
is simple: chemicals could easily dissolve selected and undesirable
    materials.

If you have kids, you should be concerned about these chemical agents
for cleaning. They may clean your carpet but you are exposing your kids
to dangerous chemicals that might get them sick or could even be fatal.
Toddlers and babies could and will crawl in your carpet and the fumes
and some chemical agents could stick in their hands and will slowly
    affect their health.

That is why an alternative in carpet cleaning technology is available
for those who wanted to protect the little ones. Called the green
carpet cleaning, this type of carpet cleaning uses non-toxic cleaning
agents. These cleaning agents are made with natural ingredients that
promise safety for everyone including pets and especially children. You
don’t want your children walking around the room with fatal chemical
agents on their feet. The cleaning agents are even hypo-allergenic
which means even adults – or specifically those that have allergies
things could rest easy whenever there’s a carpet cleaning job. If
you’re an environmentalist, these cleaning agents were made without
    destroying nature.

Our company provides this type of services as we are dedicated not only
in the quality of our work but also to the safety of our customers. We
can easily implement safety through green cleaning and upholstery as we
use products that have Green Seal certification. This type of
certification ensures that the products we use don’t have dangerous
materials that might be dangerous for your children and harmful to the
environment. We are also doing our part to help preserve the
environment and more importantly, we are also doing our part to make
you, our customers, safe from any dangerous chemicals. You can check
out our cleaning agents before we do our job in your home so that you
can be sure you are working with the best and the safest.

  • Best Beaches in Maui, Hawaii

    izonei 1:17 am on November 17, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Maui, Hawaii is like one fantastic beach. Unsurpassed for swimming, skin diving, surfing and beach combing, Maui is still the top choice for people who are fascinated with the beauty of the sea. In Maui, the sea may look calm, but it can be treacherous, especially to those who are careless.

The Kapalua beach is considered as one of the safest areas for swimming. Its waters are calm, and the shoreline has a scattering of coral reefs and rocky peninsulas. When in season, whales can be spotted from the beach and is one of the main attractions in Maui.

The Napili Bay Beach is a favorite among sun bathers with its palm fringed beach of white sand. During summer, the area is a perfect site for snorkeling and swimming and is a favorite among surfers during the winter months. The view of Molokai is magnificent all year round.

Right off the 16th hole of the Kapalua Golf Club is D.T. Fleming Beach Park. This is a great area for sunbathing but inexperienced swimmers should not venture out to the sea as the current can be strong but lifeguards are posted at the beach during the day.

Expert windsurfers love Maalaea Beach, courtesy of the natural wind tunnel’s powerful “freight train rights”. Non-experts best not surf here because the winds are pretty strong and taking control of your sails can be difficult.

A travel to Maui is best experienced with a group. As such, you best reserve one of the many vacation homes in the area.

  • 5 things you can do in Molokai, Hawaii

    izonei 1:15 am on November 17, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Molokai have been dubbed as “the Most Hawaiian Island” and “the Friendly Island” because this is where the “aloha” spirit is found the most. If you are looking for breathtaking natural beauty, rainforests and deserted beaches, then this is the perfect destination.

In Molokai, no building is taller than a palm tree; traffic is almost nil that their government no longer bothered to put up traffic lights. The area is in a rural setting and so peaceful that a visit to Molokai is like stepping 50 years back in time. If you want respite from malls, elevators, neon lights and burger wars, go to Malakai, Hawaii.

Molokai may be rural, but it isn’t a boring place. There are hundreds of things you can do here for little to no cost. Here are some of them:

    1. For tourist, a Molokai Mule Ride to the leper colony is a must-do. It’s like smelling the flowers in the park, only this time you’re on horseback. Take this time to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
    2. Ever tried lei making? At Molokai Plumeria you can handpick the Plumeria blossoms in the orchards. Here, tourists can attend a short lesson on picking the best blossoms and lei making, so you can create leis for yourself and your loved one!
    3. A visit to the Kalaupapa National Historical Park is a place with unique geology and history, there is no other place in the world like it. Make sure to visit it when you go to Molokai.
    4. Another thing you can do in Molokai is camping. Indulge with the beauty of untouched beauty of nature while you sit by the campfire at night. In Molokai, there are two county campgrounds and two state campgrounds, where you can sleep peacefully.
    5. What is a Hawaiian visit without a trip to the beach? While you’re there, go kayaking or perhaps snorkeling. Make sure you choose vacation homes near the beach – this is probably the only way you can enjoy the endless waters to the fullest!

  • Some Travel Tips for Oahu, Hawii

    izonei 1:12 am on November 17, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Going to Oahu? Well, one helpful information I can give you is to get a 4-day passport at any ABC store so you can get on and off any TheBus buses – this is a lot cheaper than riding a taxi, plus, you can get almost anywhere with those buses! If you are planning to hire a car in Oahu, remember this one thing: never honk your horn. In Hawaii, this is a big no-no and the horn is used only for emergencies.

Lost in Oahu? Never fear to ask. Residents of the island are very friendly and helpful so you can be sure to reach your destination in one piece.

For first time visitors to Oahu, it is best that you schedule more than a week’s vacation because you will surely need more days to explore the whole area. Waikiki is just one area; don’t stay there for too long because there are other places you can explore. The area is also teeming with events and festivals, the largest of which is the Merrie Monarch Festival, held every year to honor the king.

Looking for accommodation? There are about 105 hotels in Oahu, with daily rates ranging from $400 to $800 per day. If you are travelling with a group, you can rent one of the many vacation homes near the town center for added convenience.

  • Natural Stem Cell Enhancer Helps Your Body Renew Itself

    rahkeh 11:19 am on November 15, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply
Tags: boost immune system, , herbal stem cell enhancer, , immune system supplement, , sport nutrition, , ,

It’s time to learn about stem cell nutrition. The stem cell nutrition is a natural extract that helps the body maintain healthy stem cells. It is the very first product on the market from the latest phytoceutical product category called “stem cell enhancers”. What are stem cell enhancers? Recent scientific developments have revealed that stem cells derived from the bone marrow, travel throughout the body, and act to support optimal organ and tissue function. Stem cell enhancers are products that support the natural role of adult stem cells.

When circulating stem cells find the heart in reduced health, they exit the blood stream, migrate in the heart, multiply and actually become brand new heart muscle cells, analogous to the original cells that created the heart. The same happens with the liver, kidneys, the brain, our skin, eyes, muscles, bones and to connective tissue or any part of the body that is in need of restoration.

Numerous scientific research teams around the world have established that adult stem cells, the body’s master cells, are the natural renewal and regeneration system of your body. As we age, our adult stem cells tend to adhere to our bone marrow in increasing numbers, instead of beneficially circulating in our blood stream. With the aging process, this gradual decrease in the number of stem cells circulating in the blood stream can leave your body more susceptible to age-related health challenges. One of the most important predictors of good health is the number of adult stem cells circulating in the blood stream.

  • Five Ways to Create Joy During The Holidays

    izonei 1:06 am on November 15, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

The holidays are a special time to be together with our family and friends. They can also be a time of introspection….a time to reflect on what is most important to us in our life.

For some people, the holidays become rushed….filled with too many social events and not enough time to rest and rejuvenate. We feel out of balance. By taking a little time to ourselves, we can enjoy the holidays even more.

Here are five easy ways to help you have a memorable holiday season. They are:

    1. Act on the Gentle Nudges Coming From Your Heart.
    2. Ask Your Body What It Needs.
    3. Slow Down.
    4. Say “No” When Something Doesn’t Feel Right to You.
    5. Celebrate Your Life.

This article shares how you can use these simple ideas to enrich your holiday season.

Act on the Gentle Nudges Coming From Your Heart

When you have a feeling that prompts you to do something in your life, it may be an idea that brings joy to you and to others. We often ignore our feelings to take action or try something new because we are too busy or we are afraid of what other people will think.

One way to act on these feelings is to write them down. By carrying a notepad or journal with you, you can write down the insights that come to you during the day.

Having a regular time set aside to work with them each week helps you take new actions that can bring many wonderful opportunities into your life.

The holidays are a perfect time to reflect on what is important to you and to receive insights which can change your life. It can also be a time to let go of what is no longer working so that you can make room for the new. These help to make the next year of your life a joyful one.

Ask Your Body What It Needs

Your body is constantly giving you messages about what it needs to be healthy and in balance. This is especially important during the holidays.

Let’s say that you are with your family at your brother’s house on Christmas day. Everyone is in the kitchen preparing dinner together. You have the desire to take a walk outside.

The walk refreshes you and when you return, you have even more joy and feelings of wellbeing to share with your family and loved ones.

Giving our body what it needs during the holidays can be as simple as taking a walk or a short rest. This helps us to stay in balance and enjoy our family and friends even more.

    Slow Down

With many holiday events on your calendar, you may want to give yourself a day to rest and rejuvenate. What would you enjoy doing? Would you like to hike, read your favorite book or receive a massage?

Say “No” When Something Doesn’t Feel Right To You

When your calendar is filled with more social events than you want to attend, you may want to say ‘no’ to some of them.

If you are afraid that you will hurt someone’s feelings, you can let them know that you are taking some time for yourself during the holidays and will give them a call in the New Year.

    Celebrate Your Life

Being grateful for what we have is one way to celebrate our life. It also helps us to receive more of the things which brings us joy.

Another way to celebrate is to keep a holiday journal and write down what we are grateful for and what we would like to create in the New Year.

Taking action on what we desire is an active way to be grateful. It helps us to accomplish our goals more easily and this brings joy to ourselves and to others.

Practicing these simple ideas helps you to have joy and balance during the holidays. You can also use them throughout the year to create continuing momentum for your activities and wellbeing in your life.

  • Good Eating Habits -- Avoid These 7 Myths

    Sheila Ffloyd 4:54 am on November 11, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply
Tags: , , dieting and weightloss, , eating, , food and beverage, food and beverages, food and cooking, , food and drinks, , healthy eating,

In many ways, our bodies are like precision machines. They have thousands of intricate parts that work together as a team to make an amazing whole. But like any machine, our bodies need regular fuel and maintenance.

Your body needs to be fueled with the right nutrients in order to run at its maximum capacity. Following good eating habits is important to your overall health, but you also need to be able to sift through the layers of poor information.

Here are seven myths — busted — about good eating habits:

    1. “You should work out on an empty stomach.” This is definitely a myth. The rumbling in your stomach is trying to tell you something, and it’s not that you need to dash to the gym. Ignore those tummy rumbles and you’re forcing your body’s engine to run on empty. Always be sure that you have a light snack, such as a piece of fruit, before any physical activity.

    2. “Energy bars and drinks are good meal replacements.” Wrong again. While these can be fine on the fly or in a pinch, meal replacement bars and drinks are no match for a properly balanced diet. In order to get the antioxidants you need, reach for fruits and vegetables for a boost of vitamins, fiber, minerals and fluid.

    3. “Breakfast is not that important.” Mom was right about this, as breakfast is the most important meal of each day. Eat a healthy breakfast to give your body the charge it needs to meet your busy schedule. If you skip breakfast, your low fuel start will leave you feeling sluggish and hungry throughout the day.

    4. “Low-carb diets provide all the nutrients we need.” Another myth. For temporary weight loss, low-carb diets may work, but in terms of overall good health, they come up short. We need carbohydrates for our very survival, and they start by developing muscle tissue, and storing energy for later use.

    5. “Just eat what you want, whenever you want.” Sorry, life is not that easy! Just because you exercise regularly, and make some good choices around food, does not give you license to eat whatever you want. The key is balancing all the choices. Eating all cheese and wheat products one week, and all fruit and veggies the next is not going to lead to a healthy body.

    6. “Cut as many calories as you can.” While losing weight does involve cutting calories, you should never run on too short a fuel supply. Trim your calories wisely, and aim for a healthy weight loss of one or two pounds per week. If you start to drop weight too quickly, add a little more food to bring your daily calorie count up.

    7. “Skip soda and alcohol.” This is no myth. Good eating habits go hand in hand with good drinking habits. Water, milk, and juice will always be the best beverage choices for active bodies. Drink often, and not only when you feel thirsty. By the time you begin to feel thirst, your body is already close to running on empty.

A solid understanding of a healthy diet will lead you to make good eating habit choices. It is not that complicated, and when you change what you eat, you will have made a big step toward overall wellness enhancement. Fuel up with good food, and keep that motor running for smooth performance down the road.

  • Mexico Vacations, The Perfect Blend Of Old And New

    Trip Wend 4:31 am on November 11, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply
    Tags: , airfare, cheap airfare, cheap hotels, , , , , , , ,

With most of Mexico’s visitors coming from the United States and Canada, it ranks first in attracting tourists among all other Latin American places. This is due to Mexico’s intriguing history as well as its world famous beach resorts with unique scenery.

Dating back over 9,000 years ago, the original inhabitants of Mexico were documented. A major tourist attraction are the ruins of the Aztecs and Mayans. They were two civilizations that settled the area around 1519, before the invasion of the Spanish. There are still constructions from the Aztecs and Mayans that remain which are major attractions.

Nowadays, Mexico, actually the United Mexican States, is a federal constitutional republic divided in thirty-one states. Crime rate is cause for worry, with a homicide rate of about 11 to 14 in 100,000 habitants. However, most of these crimes are drug and cartel related and generally do not pose a risk for foreign tourists.

Climate can be very diverse in Mexico with a tropical climate is some regions and temperate climate in other regions. This is partly due to the mountain areas which help to create diverse weather. Snow can be found in Chihuahua but there is also the Altar desert in Sonora. Even though the climate is diverse here, most of the cities are in the Valley of Mexico which has a mild climate all year.

The most notable tourist attractions are the beautiful beaches and clear blue water of Cancun and Acapulco. Cancun is a popular vacation spot for college students of America. The students swarm the area during their spring breaks. Acapulco is a destination popular among the wealthy and is becoming a busy coastal location.

Big tourist attractions are the monuments, both ancient and old. The ruins of Aztecs and Mayans are situated in the central and southern parts of Mexico. One of the most notable is the Mayan \”The Castle\” of ChichAn-ItzA. It is located in the northern center or the YucatAn Peninsula, YucantAn state.

Mexico is also trying to make it known to the world that is a modern and upcoming country, surrounded with proof in its major cities. Mexico is able to be a boisterous country without ruining its historical heritage. Meso-American attractions and traditions of Mexico are found in Guadalajara and Mexico City. In fact, the most modern city with world famous museums is Monterrey in Nuevo Leon.

If Mexico vacations seem like something for you, discount airfares, promotional offers, and other deals should be taken advantage of. This is an even better investments if you live in the Gulf States like Florida, Texas, or even New Mexico. It’s certain you will find something to enjoy in Mexico

  • 3 Rules For Strength Training

    Caleb Lee 4:10 am on November 11, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply
Tags: bench press, best creatine, bodybuilding, , creatine info, dumbbell squats, , , , , legal steroids, , muscle building, muscle building supplement, muscle enhancement

Strength training is a skill. Basically, everyone is walking around with a “V8 engine” (their musculature) but only firing on “4 cylinders” – no one is actually using their muscles to their fullest potential.

And for safety measures, your body truly keeps you from utilizing the entire strength of your muscles. For the most part, your strength does not go above 30% of your tendon structural strength. Let’s say, when people are electricuted their muscles tighten a lot so hard to the extent that they even crack their bone structures.

For this reason, you can become A LOT stronger by learning how to “fire” more of your muscles and get them to tighten harder with more tension… if you just stick to these three rules for all-out strength training:

Rule #1: Focus On A Few Full Body Exercises

Only focus on a few, full body exercises. You want your whole body to be strong, so you must train it all as one unit. Plus, you get optimal hormone stimulation by training your whole body this way. Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Press, and the Bench Press fit the bill.

Rule #2: Focus on High Resistance

To build strength your lifts must be done with high resistance. This is done by lifting heavy weights (or doing bodyweight exercises with unfavorable weight distribution and poor leverage) and by maximally contracting (tensing) your muscles as you lift.

The idea is to recruit more muscle fibers by:

    1. Pressuring each muscle as hard as possible during the exercise and…

    2. During which, maintain intense pressure by lifting the weight as hasty as possible.

Rule #3: Focus on Multiple Sets of Low Reps

Since strength is a skill you can’t perform “sloppily”. Practice doesn’t make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect. Therefore, you have to learn being strong. Every rep should be made as entirely as possile (in line with the above guidelines). Maintain the reps at a low level so that you can remain mentally focused. In the same way, this will keep you from getting weary and sloppy.

Therefore, lift heavy things as possible. While keeping fresh as possible.

‘Tagging’ is the buzz word today where a ‘tag’ is attached to everything and everyone. Whether it be a price to pay,an indicator of social importance,a nickname,or one who is caught out, being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

There is another type of ‘tag’ that is extremely hurtful,at whatever age. This is the tag of ‘fat ridicule’ that can take the target down from a great distance. Whether it’s the playtime ‘touch game’ where you are first to be ‘got’,adult playful comment or just plain bullying. If you are ‘fat tagged’, you are a target figure and no matter how much you are able to rise above it, kid yourself that it doesn’t matter, ridicule, major or minor, hurts big time.

The dinner guest, who insists on regaling the other friends with intimate details of his or her intrepid journeys into the darkest jungles of dieting and resultant loss of 18 pounds (around 8 kilograms in metric fat), bears a similar yawn factor as the ‘golfing bore’ detailing the texture and color of the blade of grass that prevented his hole in 10. The ‘fat tag’ comes into play and it may be that guests will avoid you if you persist. Losing weight is very personal and it’s only the visual end result that says it all. People will mostly be polite to you as not to be is impolite but if you are still heavily overweight and get the ‘fat tag’, just watch the dinner invitations dwindle. (may be a good thing actually?)

Unwanted weight gain is like a black cloud that follows most of us around and so we ‘understand’ weight gain and how easily it occurs. Instinctively we admire those that lose weight sensibly and return to a healthy build. If you have lost a lot of weight,it shows in the way you present to others, your talk, your walk, your confidence and self-esteem. The effect is very much that of a ‘desert flower’ blooming again as rain falls. What is needed now is to appreciate the calorie difference between a desert and a dessert but drink more water anyway.

Instances arise when we are stripped bare of our clothed defences. Whether it is prior to daily bathing, lovemaking, beach lounging or just changing,we see our ‘bodily’ self. Our reaction might be one of three as we might:- (1) Admire our-self, what we are or what we have physically achieved (2) Kid our-self that what we see is not that bad (3) Shudder and shake our heads in disbelief at what we have become

This ’self’ is our deep rooted personal identity and how we see our ’self’ holds the keys to our mental balance. It is that important. Seeing our ’self’ as an individual that has hidden depths and strength of character makes us that person. Psychologists can dig deep on this one but if we see our ’self’ as a weak and submissive individual as that’s the easy way, then we will also become that weak person and living with your ’self’ gets harder for it.

We mentally record a deep hurt if ridiculed,no matter if spoken or intimated in the banter of love. The pointed arrow hits an ‘outwardly hidden’ target. In our quiet reflective time the ‘fat-tag’ hurts deeply. Nightly despair quickly bleeds into the day’s routine unless corrective action is taken. Each layer of fat added is measured in degrees of sadness whereas each layer lost causes disproportional elation..

Our self-esteem is badly damaged if we see our ’self’ as anything other than ‘up to scratch’, being our self-measurement against others. We cannot all make millions but we can feel super-good about our ’self’ and what we have achieved. So,where the ‘fat tag’ is concerned, we have to strip the fat and remove some of the lardy layers that weigh heavily on our minds. The trick is not to see our-self as impossibly overweight but possibly overweight. We can deal with ‘possibly overweight’ as that self-impression leaves the door open for improvement.
